Everything was perfect, nothing too much trouble, I would recomand it. Got double room as expected, loved it. The location was peaceful and the room was fairly clean. Food was brilliant and their restaurant was excellent.

Staff were polite. Food was good. single bed was comfortable in family room. Room was Clean.
Lack of hot water, had to run bath to get hot water in basin. managed to get 4 inches of hot water for a bath. Unmaned secluded reception, staff were behind bar, Room keys were left hanging up, easy access for potential burglars. Could feel springs in doulbe bed. Noisy water pipes through night. No Toilet paper left after maid service. No room to hang towels in bathroom, or places to put family wash bags. Tripped over carpet in bar on first night (wasn't drunk) torn carpet, informed staff of accident. next day at breakfast carpet was still sticking up. Second day at breakfast carpet still sticking up.

We stayed as a party of 9 and all enjoyed the experience. The hotel is clean and well looked after but the staff made the stay worth while. The attitude of everyone was first class and we would all recommend this hotel to anyone.
